Welcome to Khadijah’s Flavors! By booking our event, luxury picnic experiences or creative halal catering services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Luxury Picnic Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Same-day bookings are not accepted. All picnics must be booked at least 1-2 weeks in advance to allow for proper planning.
To secure a picnic reservation:
The reservation form must be completed in full.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until both the form is submitted and full payment is received. To book a luxury picnic experience or catering service, full payment is required upfront. This payment serves as a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and covers preparation costs. Payments must be made via [Payment Methods: PayPal, Zelle, Credit Card, etc.] at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. This is because planning begins immediately, and costs for food, décor, and other preparations are incurred. If you need to cancel, you will not receive a refund, but you may reschedule under the conditions below.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your picnic with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Reschedules must be used within [1 week ] from the original event date. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
Weather Policy: If severe weather is expected, you may reschedule your picnic for another available date. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related cancellations.
3. Picnic Service Policies
Clients must arrive on time. If you are more than [15] minutes late, additional fees may apply, or the picnic may be packed up without a refund.
Clients are responsible for all rented items (decor, seating, tableware, etc.). Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will result in replacement fees.
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the picnic experience.
4. Refund Policy (Picnics)
All payments serve as a non-refundable retainer to secure your Event, picnic or catering service. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your picnic with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Reschedules must be used within [1 week] from the original event date, and only one reschedule is allowed per booking. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Once a picnic setup has been completed or catering preparations have begun, services are considered rendered and non-refundable. All chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested with proof of our terms, invoices, and communications. Any attempt to file a chargeback in violation of our policy may result in legal action and a ban from future bookings.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to our non-refundable retainer and rescheduling policies as outlined above.
Creative Halal Catering Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• Same-day bookings are not accepted. All catering orders must be booked at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard orders and 1-2 months in advance for larger events. A non-refundable retainer (full payment) is required to secure catering services. This guarantees your booking and covers preparation costs. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Invoices must be paid within 3 days of receipt, or the order will be canceled. Catering orders must meet a minimum requirement of [2 or more] guests.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to our non-refundable retainer policy.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations:
All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued due to the costs of preparation, planning, and securing ingredients.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your catering order with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Reschedules must be used within [ 1 week] of the original event date. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
• Cancellations: If you choose to cancel, your payment will not be refunded, but you may apply your payment toward a future order if rescheduling is requested within the allowed timeframe.

3. Catering Service Policies
• Our catering menu is 100% halal and prepared in compliance with food safety standards.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies and dietary restrictions. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.
• Menu changes are not allowed within [4-5] days of the event, as ingredients and preparations will already be finalized.
• If the client provides the venue, they must ensure adequate setup space and necessary accommodations for food service. Any limitations or restrictions should be communicated in advance.
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and understand that all policies are final.
4. Refund Policy (Catering)
All payments are non-refundable and serve as a retainer to secure your catering service. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued due to the costs of preparation, ingredient sourcing, and service arrangements. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your catering order with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduled bookings must be used within [1 week] of the original event date. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.

All chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested with proof of our terms, invoices, and communications. Any attempt to file a chargeback in violation of our policy may result in legal action and a ban from future bookings. Liability & Damages (Applicable to Both Services)
Client Responsibility: Clients assume full responsibility for all rented items, equipment, and décor. Any damage, loss, or excessive mess will result in additional fees.
• Liability Waiver: Khadijah’s Flavors is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or lost personal belongings during luxury picnics or catering events. Clients attend and participate at their own risk.
• Photography & Marketing: We reserve the right to take photos and videos of our setups and food for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
Agreement
By booking with Khadijah’s Flavors, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. You have read, understood, and accepted our Terms & Conditions.
2. You agree to all policies, including our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms.
3. You will not dispute charges with your bank or financial institution in violation of our refund policy.
4. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.
